Switch fans looking to play ports of other games have rallied together to show that they would go through anything to get a port of Etrijska Odiseja, Osoba, Shin Megami Tensei, and other games according to a survey, which surpassed Atlus’ expectations.
Back on February 7th, 2020, website nintendolife.com covered an Atlus survey, which asked fans if they would like to see a list of games hit the Switch at some point and time in the future.
Surpassing ten games and reaching up to 17, the following games to land on the Nintendo Switch via the Atlus survey sit below:
- Otkrivenja: Persona
- Persona 2: Innocent Sin / Eternal Punishment
- Persona 3, Persona 3 FES and Persona 3 Portable
- Persona 4” and “Persona 4 Golden
- Persona 5” and “Persona 5 Royal
- Shin Megami Tensei III: Nokturno
- Shin Megami Tensei IV
- Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apokalipsa
- Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner series
- Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers
- Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha series
- Etrian Odyssey series
- 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim
- persona P
- Catherine: Cijelo tijelo
- Odinska sfera Leifthrasir
- Dragon's Crown Pro
The website in the week-old writeup highlighted that Japanese surveys like the above naturally don’t mean anything special will happen afterward, but lo, a week later, it looks like something special did come out of fans showing their inner desires for a game or series reaching the nifty device.
Od danas same site reports that Atlus has heard fans vocal interest in ports of Etrian Odyssey, Persona, Shin Megami Tensei, i Odin Sphere Leifthrasir, which has surpassed the company’s expectations:
“According to a message published on the official Japanese Atlus Twitter račun, as highlighted by a user on Reddit, this is the most feedback the company has ever received on one of its surveys.”
The website notes that Atlus could port some of the aforesaid games to the Switch due to the response to said survey. However, would you want any of the 17 games listed above to land on the hybrid system?
Whether or not you want to see ports of any of those games, there’s no denying that the last survey had a record-high number of participants that “far exceeded” Atlus’ expectations.
