What kind of music comes to mind when you think of CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077? Well, new rumors that should be taken with a grain of salt of have surfaced that touch on cyberpunk 2077‘s potential soundtrack and what might appear at E3 2018.

Kada mislite cyberpunk 2077 what kind of music comes to mind? Usually synthwave, retrowave, or anything dealing with electronic music. The original Blade Runner centered its themes around a synthesized noir sound, thanks to Vangelis. It’s a completely different audible palette compared to another cyberpunk score like Akira or Duh u školjki, both of which sported spiritual/gamelan sounds.

Prema Cyberpunk 2077s trailer, Archive song “Bullets” sounds nothing like the aforementioned OSTs. Well, according to IMDb, two people associated to Guns N’ Roses, Brain Mantia i Melissa Reese, are working on Cyberpunk 2077 OST. Mantia noted to audified.com back on May 27th, 2017 that…

“I’m also working on the soundtrack for the Cyberpunk 2077 video game… This project in particular has been a little challenging because the developers are looking for music that has never been heard before if that makes any sense… They are looking for music that would be made in the year 2077… I’m into it because I really love “white noise” and I figure that’s where music is gonna be in 60 years from now (lol)… Basically every frequency within the range of human hearing (20 hertz to 20 kHz)… Anyways, i’m really diggin’ the experimentation on this project!!!”

Furthermore, it is speculated that Perturbator is working on the OST of Cyberpunk 2077. Three months ago, as of this writing, said artist took to ask.fm, there an interesting conversation sparked up.

The last piece of rumored information veers away from that of music and more toward that of E3 2018. It’s worth noting that you should really take this next piece of info with a grain of salt, which derives from publication site gry-online.pl.

The site makes mention that CD Projekt Red will heavily promote cyberpunk 2077 around and during that of said game event, and will supposedly show a playable demo behind closed doors to select people.
