PAMELA ulazi u Early Access s pomiješanim reakcijama

The sci-fi horror title from NVYVE Studios called PAMELA has officially entered into Steam’s eEarly Access. The game is available on the Parna trgovine za 24.99 $.

The game is a sci-fi, horror-survival title. Players take on the role of a Sleeper, someone who awakens in a future that’s completely in disarray. Players will face off against some crazy enemies while attempting to navigating a once beautiful utopia called Eden.

Slično kao BioShock i sustav Shock before it, players will be able to acquire upgrades and advance their character to overcome the odds.

The goal of the game is to survive and attempt to discover what brought ruination to Eden.

You can see what the gameplay is like with a Let’s Play video from Wanderbots sporting 40 minutes of gameplay.

The user reviews are a bit of a mixed bag, mostly due to the fact that PAMELA is in Early Access.

MAX Critical sums up the game by saying…

“Currently, the game crashes often, has a bit of loading time problems, BUT I`m sure that the developers are resourceful crew and will fix the problems! That`s why I`m supporting the “Early Access” version, looking foward for fixes and will update the review once it is polished!”

Drugi poput _b1ack0ut reiterated similar sentiments: that PAMELA has potential but right now it’s just not ready for prime time and will require a lot of tender, love and support from the developers…

“The game itself has some performance issues, but it is literally day one here, so I have faith they can be worked out. The initial loading time is immense, and you need to wait through it as it stops and starts responding. Once you get in however, the game itself looks amazing. loads of potential here, although I have not yet survived the night, and have yet to find a flashlight.”

There are a lot of criticisms centered around the crashing that occurs in PAMELA NVYVE offered a brief workaround by suggesting to disable Steam Broadcasting until they can issue a patch.

They’ll continue to update the game for the next six to nine months, according to the Steam Early Access page. We’ll see how well things come along when it’s time for the title to graduate from Early Access.
