Silence je postavljen za lansiranje na PS4, Xbox One, PC 15. studenog

The point-and-click adventure game Šutnja is prepping for release on November 15th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. The upcoming game is a 3D adventure that mixes some real life war tragedies with the fictional dream world of a place called Silence.

Players take on the role of Noah, who ends up losing his sister Renie during war time. The young teen must survive the bombing raids in his world while exploring the mystical wonders of Silence, all in hopes of finding his sister again and coming to terms with their survival in a dangerous place. You can check out the cinematic trailer for the game below.

Prema priopćenju, Šutnja is the sequel to the 2010 outing Šapnuo Svijet, which came out a while back for PC. It features 3D visuals, an emotionally enriched story about survival and magic, as well as a few challenging puzzles to solve along the way.

It’s interesting that we’re beginning to see more and more PC games make the leap to home consoles this generation. We’ve had a number of titles hop over to the console space that are usually relegated to desktops, laptops and Macs. In fact, Daedalic Entertainment is also moving over the original Deponia to PS4 and Xbox One on November 15th, as well.

There’s been a surge in unique and different games making their way to consoles thanks to an uptick in support for easier library workflows and cross-compatibility between consoles and PC. Now console gamers are gaining access to a lot of point-and-click adventure games that used to be exclusive to PC gamers… such as Šutnja.

We saw this really come to fruition during the end of the seventh gen as certification, patching fees and royalties for the consoles were eased up, allowing more developers to port over more games to systems like the Xbox 360 and PS3. The console manufacturers were also forced to make changes and adopt more accessibility and content diversity given that Valve was just cleaning house with Steam.

Now we have games like Šutnja i Deponia not only being made available on PC but also home consoles. So it’s kind of a win-win for everybody.
