Crytek najavljuje Crysis Remastered za PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch

For me, there is a special significance to the original Kriza. When I had my first gaming PC built there was but one requirement: Make it be able to run kriza on max settings with ease. In the long run, that computer would devolve into a nightmare, but the time spent on the original kriza was still worth it.

For that reason when Crytek devolved the series into a generic science-fiction FPS it was beyond disappointing. Gone was the game that showcased its awesome new physics engine by detonating an atomic bomb and in its place was a game with an absurd story filled with generic enemies that you fight in increasingly linear levels. In short, the series became as boring as it was uninspiring.

For awhile rumors have been circulating regarding Crytek’s return to the franchise with an unconfirmed fourth entry in the series. These rumors mostly consist of oglasi za posao i teases that pointed more to a remake than a new release.

Regardless of whether a fourth entry is in development or not, the company has now accidentally leaked the remaster of the original game for the PS4, PC, Xbox One, and even the Switch.

Caught courtesy of twitter user and Angry Joe’s VFX artist lashman, the cookies-page detailed the updates the upcoming title will receive courtesy of the company’s hyped-up engine.

“Crysis Remastered brings new graphic features, high-quality textures, and the CRYENGINE’s native hardware- and API-agnostic ray tracing solution for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and – for the very first time – Nintendo Switch.”

“Please, use this one: Crytek’s ground-breaking, critically acclaimed first person shooter is back! Crysis Remastered is coming to PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch – the game’s debut on a Nintendo Platform.”

Since the discovery, Crytek took the page down temporarily. Why they bothered to do this after the information had already circled the internet two times over is unknown, but an official announcement has finally arrived after the official Twitter account recently put out the following tweet.
