March, 2017 is not the month that PlayStation Plus delivers greatness. That’s according to the comments and feedback Sony seems to be receiving from the PlayStation community over this month’s free PS Plus games for the PS Vita, PS4 and PS3.
Više na PlayStation Blog, James Hallahan promptly and curtly posted up the games that would be free for the month, and then jetted out of the blog space faster than you can say “Botox!” when you see Nicole Kidman’s face.
The free games for the month of March includes the following titles:
- Disc Jam, PS4
- odcijepljen Rastvorena, PS4
- Under Night: In-Birth, PS3
- Zemlja obrambenih snaga 2025, PS3
- Lumo, PS Vita (crossbuy on PS4)
- Severed, PS Vita
On the upside, at least odcijepljen Rastvorena isn’t indie trash… right? Right?!
Some gamers were happy about Zemlja obrambenih snaga 2025, even though it’s for the practically dead and buried PS3. The same applied to the anime-style 2D fighting game, Pod Night: U-rođenja, another niche title for the Otaku demographic.

The line-up was so sad that apparently Sony didn’t feel the need to even pump out a promo video for this month’s PlayStation Plus line-up.

“Severed is great, been considering getting it and boom! But my God, the rest of March’s selection is garbage, at this point Xbox are far outstripping PS4 on this style of service… Do better… I think my year sub is coming up so i may cancel auto renew until I see some serious improvements.”

Now don’t get it twisted. Not everyone is sad and disappointed with the PS Plus offerings for March.
There are plenty of people in the comment section defending Sony, praising the game line-up and expressing excitement over the free games for the month.
Microsoft has been peppering in AAA titles with indies to even it out, giving gamers something exciting and worthwhile to look forward to. They also offer some great Xbox 360 classics, too. Sony is definitely going to have to step it up if they don’t want Microsoft to surpass them.
