Blue Dragon sada kompatibilan unazad za Xbox One

The disc-only version of Plavi Zmaj from the Xbox 360 is now available as a backwards compatible title for the Xbox One.

The classic game was recently added to the big list of backwards compatible games over on Web stranica bojnika Nelsona, kao što je izvijestio niša Gamer. The game originally came out back in 2006, releasing as part of the series of Japanese themed games that were targeting the Xbox 360 in order to increase the Xbox’s presence in Japan.

Plavi Zmaj joined titles like Izgubljena Odyssey i Vještica od metka as part of the Xbox 360’s early days of Japanese-designed video games. Both Plavi Zmaj i Izgubljena Odyssey were the brainchildren of legendary developer Hironobu Sakaguichi, who headed up Mistwalker Studios, an outlet also made famous for Posljednja priča on the Wii.

With the help of design studio Artoon, they managed to bring Plavi Zmaj to life with an art-style mirrored after Akira Toriyama’s zmajska lopta Serija.

Plavi Zmaj went down as one of those classic 360 titles that was mostly overlooked when grim-dark gritty games like Gears of War, Call of Duty i Otpornost were storming the marketplace. Gamers who managed to miss out on the title a decade ago will be able to dive into the game for the Xbox One thanks to the backwards compatibility now being made possible.

I do wonder if sales will shoot up for the game the way it has with some previous titles that have been made backwards compatible? Izgubljena Odyssey i naročito Red Dead Redemption got some surges in sales from resellers that still had copies of the games.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to use any digital versions of the Xbox 360 game for the Xbox One. You will only be able to install and play the game if you have the original multi-disc set for the Xbox 360. So expect to pay a bit of coin if you don’t already have a copy of the game.
